Philosophy
Treatment goals involve active client participation, with clear emphasis on balancing the twin needs of individual growth and harmonious living with others. All treatment is mutually agreed on, often time-limited, with a bias towards change.
Modes
Family systems, intrapersonal insight, cognitive-behavioral, brief-focus and other approaches are used, method meant to match the need. Treatment focus can be either on present problem-solving or long-range ‘growth.’
Fees
A competitive market fee is charged, though most clients’ cost is determined by insurance. Latter includes Premera, Regence, Anthem, Beacon, UHC, Aetna, First Choice and Medicare. Several EAP plans are carried, which involve no client co-pay. There can be negotiation for any hardship.
